At Master Cut Tailor, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we specialize in custom-made garments tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences, we have outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth experience for you.


1. Custom-Made Garments

Because every garment we create is custom-tailored to your specific measurements and requirements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

However, if there are any defects or issues with the garment that arise due to our error, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.


2. Alterations for Fit Adjustments

We stand by our commitment to provide a perfect fit. If the garment requires minor adjustments for fitting:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  • Alterations will be made at no additional cost if the issue was caused by our team (e.g., incorrect measurements or stitching errors).
  • For customer measurement errors, we will offer alterations at a reasonable charge.

How to Proceed:

  • Send us an email at info@mastercuttailor.com with details and photos of the garment and the issue.
  • Once verified, we will guide you through the alteration process.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a garment that is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • Upon verification, we will either:
    • Repair the garment free of charge, or
    • Replace it with a new one (if applicable).

Note: Damages caused by improper care or handling by the customer will not be covered under this policy.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is proven to have a significant defect that cannot be repaired.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the garment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made garments delivered as per the provided measurements.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days once approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. Shipping for Returns or Alterations

If a garment needs to be returned for alterations or repairs:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item to us.
  • For issues caused by us (e.g., defects, errors), we will cover the cost of return shipping or offer reimbursement.
